Applier completion marker and materialized registry present
Hybrid default: up to six countries, five model-call workers each.
Reused calls are counted separately
Only costs recorded in call logs; not a billing total
Largest production units are dispatched first
Failed, interrupted or unreadable country records
This page is read-only. It reads the production universe, the existing per-country console logs, five paid-stage call logs, applied registry metadata and local Linux processes. It never imports the pipeline runners or modifies their inputs, logs or locks.
The launcher defaults to three concurrent countries per endpoint, each with five model-call workers: up to six countries and 30 model calls total. An already-running launcher retains its previous pool sizes until restarted. This page shows the actual worker count for each active country, verified from processes in this checkout. Worker capacity is not a measurement of currently in-flight calls.
A stage is confirmed complete when the driver advances to a later stage, or the final matching applier completion marker and registry files are present. "Recorded" means some saved calls exist, not that the stage is finished. Dry-run files never count as completion. There is no percentage or ETA for unknown worklists: stages differ substantially in size.
Only complete newline-terminated call records count. Copied pilot calls are shown as reused, and their historical cost is excluded. Missing costs are flagged, not assumed to be zero. In-flight, failed or retry calls without separate persisted cost records are not included; logged cost is therefore not a complete bill. Existing pilot work on this production input is included, even if it predates this launch.
Per-stage counts show new persisted calls and, separately, reused records. Last log update is a file-write time, not an exact call completion time. A long-running call may leave it unchanged. Country completion checks the applier's marker and outputs, not an independent re-audit of all input fingerprints.
